I didn't get what I ordered. The locusts that showed up were small, way off from the 15-22 mm size I requested. This is the second time this month I've faced this issue. I'm really disappointed because I've never had problems with this company before, but after two bulk buys that turned out useless, I can't justify spending my money here again.

I've placed multiple orders and haven't faced any issues. Always fresh and delivered on time. Definitely recommend it!

Saviors for my lizard! I got some hoppers for my leopard gecko just this once since I'm stuck at home and couldn't hit the stores. Placed the order on Sunday, and they arrived Tuesday morning. My lizard is super happy. I'll surely be back for more!

I just made my second purchase this season. The prices are fantastic, delivery is super quick, and I really value knowing that the insects are raised right here in the UK.

The new mealworm tubs for 'wild birds' are perfect since you don’t have to transfer them to another container. As someone who rehabilitates wildlife on a small scale (not a reptile keeper, for instance), I don’t require live food throughout the entire year, and this new option is a real game changer. Nearly a month after I ordered three tubs of mini mealworms, the ones still in my fridge are still alive and thriving, much to the delight of a newly rescued sparrow chick. Plus, the tubs are a bit smaller than my tiniest nest bowls, so they’ll be great for the little ones! Talk about recycling done right!

I’ve seen some recent negative reviews, but that’s not been my experience at all.

This company has really changed in terms of reliability. I’m not sure what’s going on with their delivery service. The mealworms are generally fine, but they’re getting larger even though I’ve ordered the small regulars. Now, I can’t seem to receive my order until the end of the week. At first, they blamed it on the bank holiday, but it looks like the delays are still happening. Plus, their communication has taken a nosedive; it used to be much better.

The product itself is fine, but the delivery service from this company is lacking. I placed an order for the Live Mealworms Supersaver. After the initial delivery on Wednesday, the next shipment didn’t show up the following week. I filled out two contact forms but got no response. When I called on Monday, they told me to expect delivery by Tuesday, within a 5-day window. But come Tuesday, still no delivery. In my area, the postal service is running smoothly during COVID. We get mail Monday through Friday, and even on Saturdays, with the odd Sunday thrown in. Luckily, I can grab dried mealworms from local stores. I really wouldn’t recommend purchasing the Super Saver. Your pets might be left hungry while you wait for their food. Also, their website hasn’t been updated, and their phone support isn’t available 24/7.

I'm quite pleased with my purchase; everything arrived in good shape just like I hoped. The delivery was on point too. However, I did find a hole in the side of the cricket bag I got, so now I’ve got crickets making a break for it all over my place.

I get mealworms for my birds from this company. The site has gotten better lately for placing orders. They always send out the order fast, so I get it in just a few days. I reckon the prices are quite fair, and they don’t hit you with extra charges for shipping, which I really like.
